900 g chicken wings
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp ground cumin
4 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 tbsp spring onions, chopped
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
½ tsp chili flakes
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup Klein River Parmesan, grated
Heat the oven to 150 °C.
In a large bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and cumin.
Coat chicken wings with the spice mixture.
Transfer wings on to a baking sheet, bake for 20 minutes.
Then increase the oven temperature to 220 °C and bake for 15 minutes.
Mix together the Klein River Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil and parsley.
When chicken is cooked through, drain and cover the wings with the cheese, garlic, olive oil and parsley.
Sprinkle with spring onions and chili flakes and serve immediately.
