2 Slices of bread (of your choice)
2 – 4 Slices of ripe tomato
Butter or olive oil
Fresh lettuce with basil leaves
4 Slices of Klein River Havarti
Spread a thin layer of honey on each slice of bread.
Top with Klein River Havarti, tomato, fresh lettuce and basil leaves
and another slice of cheese.
Butter the bread or use a little olive oil.
Grill in a pan over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with crispy chips.
