200 g butter
handful fresh herbs of choice
6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 large bread of choice
200 g Gruberg Mature, grated
salt and pepper
You can use the oven, but we suggest making it at a braai.
Place the butter, herbs and garlic in a food processor on high speed, until it becomes a smooth mixture.
Using a sharp knife make 1 cm incisions in the bread, spread all the butter mixture between the incisions.
Grate the Gruberg Mature and add it in between the incisions along with the rosemary.
Season to your liking.
Wrap the bread in tinfoil and place it on the braai for 15-20 minutes.
