ORDERS
Klein River Cheese shall acknowledge your order via email. Acknowledgement of the order constitutes legal acceptance of the order, at which point a binding contract of sale has been concluded and you will be charged for the order. Klein River Cheese reserves the right to refuse any order under the minimum indicated quantity. Orders may not be transferred from you to any other person. Please note that Klein River Cheese cannot be held responsible for orders placed incorrectly on our website, even if the error was in good faith.

DELIVERY
We deliver or courier throughout South Africa depending on your address. Orders are shipped on Mondays, arriving by Friday (within 1-4 days) depending on your address.

OWNERSHIP AND RISK
The ownership and risk associated with your goods will be held by Klein River Cheese up until the point at which they are signed for at delivery or collection. Any damage, disappearance or theft of goods post delivery or collection, will become the responsibility of the person who placed the order and against whom the contract is binding.

CANCELLATION
Klein River Cheese may cancel your order at any time, and will fully refund your payment within 30 days. You may cancel your order at any time, and will receive a full refund, if and only if your cancellation request has reached us before your ordered goods have left our premises. If your ordered goods have left our premises by the time we receive your cancellation request, delivery costs will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations may be requested at info@kleinrivercheese.co.za

AVAILABILITY
The provision of goods by Klein River Cheese is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Klein River Cheese will substitute goods to the same value or contact you about a refund.

RETURN POLICY
No returns. In accordance with section 20(3)(a) and (b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, for reasons of public health, we do not take back or refund goods that have been dispatched.
