Welcome to Havarti!
Curd washed to ensure a low lactose content. This full flavoured cheese uses the Lactococcus species and subspecies. This promotes irregular diamond-shaped holes to propagate in the body of the cheese.
An annual award-winner both locally and internationally. We have yet to meet a person who hasn’t devoured Havarti. In fact, we challenge you not to enjoy it!
Oh, and did we mention it is indulgent and forever creamy?
