danbo-cheeseDanbo cheese is mild and slightly aromatic and has a pale, elastic interior. Its texture is smooth and firm and it has a slightly stronger taste than Gouda.

Basic Ingredients:
Cow’s milk; selected cultures; non-animal microbial rennet; calcium chloride; salt

Shelf life: approximately 4 months from day of packaging
Size and packaging: approximately 200g pre packed pieces
Suitable for Vegetarians

It can be used for snacks, breakfast or grilling.
